The Practice

Based in Birmingham City Centre, the Weedon Partnership is an Architectural company steeped in seventy years of history whilst working on contemporary Architecture as an award winning practice. Current they are a team of thirty and in the process of building a new bespoke office near St Pauls Square.

Weedon’s core work is from Bespoke Industrial, Commercial and Mixed Use projects.

The role

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• To produce drawings for projects within budgeted time and to specified standard
• To prepare planning and Building Regulation applications
• To prepare sketch schemes and feasibility studies under supervision
• To resolve queries from Local Authorities
• Under instruction, to communicate effectively with client representatives and consultants and to promote repeat business from existing clients
• To undertake other duties as assigned from time to time
• Preferably experience of using Microstation
• Suitable candidates will have an ONC/HND in Building Studies with at least two years work experience.
• The role will be office and site based.
