When Matthew left school at 16, he went straight into working in residential and commercial lettings. When start-up recruitment companies starting calling the letting agents for office space, he decided to look at working in recruitment. The anticipated industry growth and progression potential attracted him into a new career.
Since Matthew joined Niyaa People in 2013, he has progressed from Trainee Consultant to Section Manager of the Housing team where he still recruits for Social Housing professionals across the Midlands.
