Believe it or not this is actually my second time working for Niyaa. Before I started here the first time around I was a carer for elderly patients with dementia, and soon after I moved over to start my career in Recruitment. In 2015 I became a Trainee Recruitment Consultant specialising in Facilities Maintenance recruitment. I left in 2016 after deciding to explore my interest in events and marketing.
I did this for 6 years, arranging and organising family events for various shopping centres in the Midlands, before I decided to move back to what i've always loved, internal recruitment.
