After spending 5 years in the fabrication game, I just knew it weren’t for me. I got to understand what makes a good Trades Operative, so it just landed perfectly for me to start looking to get good candidates over to people who need them.
Going from being on my feet all day putting in the work, to working the in the office was a crazy change, but I knew If I put my work ethic into a computer I have potential to go far.
