Luke, with over a year at Niyaa, originally practised welding before channelling his knowledge and expertise into the public sector trades team in the West Midlands. He holds a strong appreciation for his colleagues, aspiring to glean as much insight as possible from them and eventually guide rookie recruiters through their early journeys in recruitment. Outside of his commitment to his clients and candidates, Luke enjoys playing rugby and occasionally sharing a beer with friends.
