I've worked as a recruitment consultant for around 9 years before moving into L&D! I was successful as a consultant and (cheesey as it sounds) recruitment changed my life. Now I'm passionate about training and supporting people to be the best they can be, and hopefully, change their lives too!
I love working at Niyaa People as there's a real family-feel culture. Everyone is open to learning and sharing knowledge, and genuinely want each other to do well. Also, it's a business that knows how to have fun! Day to day in the office, there's always a good buzz and a Niyaa social is always one to remember.
My spare time is mainly spent being a mum of two gorgeous little ones. I also love a country walk (with a pub at the end) and cooking (with a glass of wine!)
