I’ve spent most of my working life in retail, whether it’s as a makeup artist or managing a team of bridal consultants, I’ve always been ran off my feet. After making the decision to move away from retail, the next step had to be to become the new private sector recruitment specialist across the East and West Midlands for all corp support roles – bit of a change if you ask me!
I’ve never experienced a job like this in my life, it has been a rollercoaster to say the least and has challenged me in more ways than one, but I wouldn’t change a thing! I love the buzz of finding our candidates their perfect job and just working alongside a great bunch of crazy, hard working consultants.
