Enjoy a permanent Electrician role with a company van and fuel card, working for a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering electrical compliance testing and remedial works across residential properties. Join a quality-focused team supporting a long-term contract where the priority is completing testing properly rather than chasing unrealistic volumes.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join a stable in-house team carrying out electrical testing, inspections and remedial works across both void and occupied homes. Based from the Cottesmore site, the role involves working across an A1 corridor patch between Huntingdon and Grantham.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester, Test and Inspection Engineer or Maintenance Electrician.

As an Electrician, you will be:

Working across the Huntingdon to Grantham region
Carrying out EICRs and electrical testing within residential properties
Identifying defects and completing electrical remedial works
Working within both void and occupied homes
Travelling between properties across the regional patch
Completing certification and documentation to a high standard

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent including AM2
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Testing and Inspection qualification
Experience completing EICRs and associated remedial works
Experience working within residential properties
A full UK driving licence (ideally with no more than 6 points)

Location & travel:
This Electrician role is based from Cottesmore with travel required across a regional patch covering areas between Huntingdon and Grantham along the A1 corridor. A company van and fuel card are provided to make travel between sites straightforward.
