Key Responsibilities for Multi Trade Operative:
- Carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, particularly in kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Completing basic plumbing works
- Laying various types of flooring
- general maintenance duties
- Working across both tenanted and void properties
- Experienced in a similar Multi Trade Operative role
- Experience working within social housing environments
- Proven ability to work in both void properties
- Own tools and van
- Competitive daily rate of up to £210
- Weekly pay
- Long-term, ongoing contract
