This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrician to secure stable work on a large-scale project converting former student accommodation into self-contained flats. You’ll be working across multiple tower blocks, following a proven blueprint, with further phases already planned.

Location & travel
This role is based in Derby, with all work centred on a fixed site project. No travel between multiple locations is required.

As an Electrician, you will be:
- Working on full rip-outs and rewires within residential flat conversions
- Carrying out first fix and second fix electrical installations
- Installing consumer units and associated distribution equipment
- Completing multiple board changes (1–2 per day expected)
- Installing basic fire alarm systems and TV points
- Working to programme deadlines across phased block delivery
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience in domestic or social housing projects
- Strong experience with rewires, first fix and second fix
- Confidence installing and replacing consumer units at pace
- Ability to work efficiently within a team on a live site
The role is offering the following benefits:
