Take on a subcontracting role with consistent social housing work as an Electrician, carrying out testing and inspection across properties in Stockport and within a 30-mile radius.
You’ll be working across both void and occupied properties, completing around three tests per day. This is an immediate requirement, with face-to-face or Teams interviews available by the end of the week and a start available within two weeks.
I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester or Testing & Inspection Engineer within social housing or similar environments.
As an Electrician, you will be:
Completing EICRs and electrical testing
Working across both void and occupied social housing properties
Completing approximately three tests per day
Travelling across Stockport and within a 30-mile radius
Ensuring all testing and inspection work is completed to the required standards

18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Testing & Inspection qualification preferred
Relevant electrical qualifications
Previous social housing experience
Experience completing EICRs in domestic properties
