We are looking for 2 Multi-trade operatives in around the Stockport and Macclesfield area to work on a social housing contract across the areas. There is a minimum of 6 months' work with the potential for more work following the 6 month period. I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting, Multi-Trade Repairs or Social Housing Maintenance.

The Multi-Trade role is offering:

£200 per day
Contract work with a minimum of 6 months available
Work covering Macclesfield and Stockport
2 positions available

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:

Fitting kitchens and/or bathrooms in social housing properties
Carrying out associated repairs and finishing work
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Working professionally in occupied and empty properties
Completing work safely and maintaining a tidy working environment

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous experience fitting kitchens and/or bathrooms
Experience working within social housing
Their own van and tools
A valid DBS check
The ability to work independently and deliver quality workmanship
Cap and cove flooring experience (desirable)

Location & Travel

Covering Macclesfield, Stockport and surrounding areas
Own van and tools are essential
