Leicester 220 - 220 per day Contract

We’re looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to carry out social housing maintenance work across Leicester.

You must be confident carrying out cap and cove flooring alongside other multi-trade duties, working to a high standard across both void and tenanted properties.

This Multi Trade Operative role offers:

£220 per day
Ongoing work
Work across Leicester
A mixture of void and tenanted properties
CIS or self-employed payments available

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you’ll be carrying out:

Cap and cove flooring
Carpentry and joinery
Plumbing
Tiling
Patch plastering

I’d love to speak to Multi-Trade Operatives who have:

Previous cap and cove flooring experience (essential)
Multi-trade experience
Their own van
A full, valid driving licence
The ability to travel across Leicester
