Groundworker
Birmingham 19 - 21 per hour Permanent

Niyaa People are working with a leading contractors that are looking for a Groundworker to join their team working on social housing properties.
In return, the Groundworker will receive:
- £20.51 per hour
- Company van and fuel card
- 40 hours per week on a long term contract
- Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks
The Groundworker must have experience doing the following:
- Fencing
- Slabbing
- Paving
- Minor bricklaying
- Drainage
I am looking to speak to a Groundworker who:
- Has experience working on social housing contracts
- Has a full UK driving license
- Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
