Responsibilities of a Fire Compliance Surveyor:

Assessing the fire actions including doors, alarms and compartmentation
Reviewing current and future FRAs
Managing external contractors
Supporting the safety team to ensure all procedures are followed and completed to a correct standard

Key skills needed for a Fire Compliance Surveyor:

Background within fire safety/prevention
Fire related qualifications
Desirable for social housing experience
Experience checking actions across a range of properties
