Electrician
Middlesbrough 25 - 27 per year Contract

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties.

- Hourly rate £25 - £27
- Van and fuel card provided
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Opportunity for call outs and development
The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
- Remedial work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding
- Work in void properties
- Extractor fans, lighting, sockets & test and inspection
- Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)
We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th edition, 2391 & AM2
- Social housing experience
