I am looking for a Multi Trade candidate to work for an established social housing company in Brize Norton and the surrounding areas. The role is a permanent position and will involve joining the reactive maintenance team within domestic properties.

- Annual base salary of £37,000
- Company van and fuel card
- Attractive annual leave package
- Overtime and callouts available
- Specialist tools provided
- Full time employment
The Multi Trade will have:
- Full UK drivers license
- Experience working within domestic properties
- Experience working within social housing
- Have their own tools
- Willingness to do overtime and callouts
The Multi Trade will be responsible for:
- Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting
- Maintenance plumbing
- Patch plastering and tiling
- Working in occupied properties
