I am looking for an Electrician to work for a large social housing contractor in Oxford and the surrounding areas. The candidate will be working within occupied and void properties and will receive a van from their first day!

The Electrician will receive:
- Hourly pay of £26 per hour
- Permanent salary of £40,000 after 3 months
- Company van and fuel card
- 33 days annual leave
The Electrician will have:
- Full electrical qualifications including 18th Edition/ 2391/ NVQ Level 3/ AM2
- Experience working with domestic properties
- Familiarity with mobile PDA devices for job tracking
- Strong punctuality, professionalism and flexibility
The Electrician will be responsible for:
- Installing extractor fans
- Installing ventilation systems
- Electrical repairs within domestic properties
- Liaise with project manager to maintain quality standards
