I am currently recruiting for a Customer Services Team Leader to join a housing association in Watford. The responsibility of the role will be to motivate the customer services team to provide an excellent customer experience and meet KPI's.

As a Customer Services Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring a high standard of customer service
Being highly enthusiastic in the encouragement of the team meeting their targets
Imbedding and supporting the digital transformation within customer services
Providing a customer first service to all
You will be successful as Customer Services Team Leader if you have experience in:
Leading a results driven team
Motivating and providing support to the customer services team
Social housing
