I am currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join a housing association working within their offices in Bristol.

As a Caretaker, you'll receive:
- £32k salary
- Van and fuel card
- Life cover 4x annual salary
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
As a Caretaker, you'll be:
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Doing joinery, plumbing (unblocking sinks/toilets), and internal painting
- Dealing with the upkeep of office interiors and exteriors
- Doing maintenance of parking areas, landscaped spaces, and storage areas
As a Caretaker, you'll need:
- Experience within offices or workplace maintenance
- The ability to carry out a range of minor repair tasks independently
- To be confident using various IT systems for work management
- To of held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
