I am looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a Housing association in Staffordshire. The Assistant Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing all technical reports carried out by a secondary consultancy.
Assistant Building Surveyor duties:
- Ensure all stock data is up to date and correct
- Report findings obtained from surveys to the relevant teams
- Raise the schedule of works to be completed
- Organise the reports ensuring all information is technically accurate and up to date
- Keep up to date with current legislations surrounding the social housing industry
What is required for the role:
- Strong knowledge surrounding building surveying
- IT skills
- Experience in a similar position or to have just finished a relevant degree/course
