I am currently looking for a Multi Trade to work for a social housing provider on their voids team in the Chesterfield area on an on-going contract. The pay is £18 per hour and comes with a work van for usage in the day.

The Multi Trade will be responsible for:
- Working in empty council properties
- 2nd fix carpentry tasks such as kitchen fitting and hanging doors
- 2nd fix plumbing such as bathroom repairs, fixing leaks, basin and toilet changes
- Finishing skills such as patch plastering and painting
The right Multi Trade will need:
- Qualification in a core trade
- Experience working in social housing previously
- Clean and valid UK driving license with own vehicle to get to depot
In return the Multi Trade will receive:
- £18 per hour paid weekly with CIS available
- Long term contract
- Company van for usage in the day
