I have a Damp and Mould Multi Trade Operative position in the Luton and surrounding areas working for a well established company within the social housing sector. This is a permanent position for a Damp and Mould Multi Trade Operative where you will be working on reactive repairs within domestic properties, you will be supplied a company van and fuel card.

In this Damp and Mould Multi Trade Operative role you will be responsible for:
- Removing damp and mould from social housing properties
- Applying mould treatments to walls
- Driving to different locations across the Luton area
- Patch tiling
- Basic plumbing
- Basic carpentry
- Painting and decorating
The successful Damp and Mould Multi Trade Operative will receive in return:
- £30,000 a year annual salary
- Company van and fuel card included
- Specialist tools provided
