I am currently recruiting for a General Builder to join a housing association on a permanent basis, travelling within Oxfordshire. This role involves working on occupied and empty homes on the damp and mould team.

- 33k salary
- Company van and fuel card
- Yearly tool allowance
- Overtime and call out opportunity
As a General Builder, you'll be:
- Carrying out all general building repairs and maintenance
- Working mostly on damp and mould remediations
As a General Builder, you'll need:
- Experience working in occupied and empty homes.
- An NVQ level 2 in a building trade or proven experience
- Full licence (no more than 6 points)
- Own tools
