We are seeking a proactive and organised Resident Liaison Officer to support a Housing Association in Birmingham. This role is key in ensuring residents are engaged and appointments are successfully scheduled for outstanding compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities: • Contact residents by phone and in person (door knocking) to arrange access for compliance checks. • Send appointment and no-access letters to residents as required. • Liaise with contractors and residents to book and confirm appointments. • Collate documentation for legal proceedings and attend weekly no access review meetings.
Requirements: • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational and administrative abilities. • Basic IT skills (email, Word, CRM systems). • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
