I am looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work on void properties in Chesterfield on social housing works. The role is a 9 week contract at £18 per hour with possible extension.

The Joiner Multi Trade will be doing:
- 2nd fix joinery tasks such as hanging doors, skirting boards, kitchen repairs and fitting
- 2nd fix plumbing such as changing taps, basins and toilets
- Finishing skills such as patch plastering, tiling and painting
The right Joiner Multi Trade will need:
- NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
- Experience working on council properties previously
- Full and valid UK driving license
In return the Joiner Multi Trade will receive:
- 9 week contract with possible extension
- Work van for usage in the day time
- £18 per hour paid weekly (CIS available)
