We are currently looking for a Muti Trader for a estate custodian role in the Lincoln area.
The succsesful multi trader will get :

- Van and fuel card
- Death benefits
- 23 days holiday including bank holiday
- Overtime available at time and a half
For this role the multi trader will need :
- To be able to complete pre moving surverys
- To be able to inspect properties
- Managing a team completing joinery works
- Clean DBS
- UK driving licence
- Trade qualifications in managment
- Able to work from 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
