HR Manager
Bristol 37K - 42K per year Permanent

This position will be based primarily in Bristol with the option of hybrid working. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with operational teams and is confident managing all aspects of HR.
In return, the HR Manager will receive:
- Salary between £37,000 - £42,000 per year

As the HR Manager, you will be:
- Leading on employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Advising managers and staff on company policies, procedures and best practice
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal processes
- Supporting organisational change and employee engagement initiatives
- Acting as a key point of contact for HR queries across the business

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can provide examples of being proactive and people focused
