We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Operative in the Hemel Hempstead, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a permanent position, working on reactive repairs team within domestic properties.

In this Damp and Mould Operative role, you will be responsible for:
- Removing damp and mould from social housing properties
- Applying mould treatments to walls
- Driving to different locations across Hertfordshire
- General maintenance such as basic joinery, basic plumbing, patch tiling, patch plastering and painting etc
We are looking for a Damp and Mould Operative who:
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Has their own hand tools
- Has experience in a similar role dealing with damp and mould
In return, the Damp and Mould Operative will receive:
- £35,000 base salary
- Company van and fuel card included
- Specialist tools provided
- Various bonus schemes available
- Overtime available
- Call out available
