We are working with a well-known contractor in the social housing sector in Hampshire, who are looking for a Passive Fire Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role comes with a company vehicle and fuel card.

Responsibilities of a Passive Fire Project Manager:

Managing passive fire and fire door projects across the Midlands in social housing
Conducting site visits and ensuring quality of work
Overseeing a team of Site Managers
Managing projects from start to completion

Key skills required as a Passive Fire Project Manager:

Experience working in social housing
Strong IT skills
Experience in passive fire protection
Excellent organisational skills
