I am looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor who is immediately available to work in the Shropshire area for a housing association. As the Damp & Mould Surveyor, you will be covering housing stock all around Shropshire with business mileage covered.

Damp & Mould Surveyor duties:

General day-to-day maintenance
Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys
Scheduling day to day repairs
Identify the root cause and oversee trades on site carrying out repairs
On occasion you will be required to carry out stock condition surveys

To be successful as the Damp & Mould Surveyor, you need:

Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
Experience within social housing
Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys
