We're currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client's busy Housing team, supporting the processing of selective licences and handling customer enquiries in the Mansfield area. This is a key role focused on ensuring efficient licence application processing and delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants. This position is offering a 3 month contract, full-time, office based. The Administrator will receive: • Full training on systems and processes • The opportunity to work with a supportive and professional team • Experience within the housing and local authority sector • Long term contract potential Key responsibilities for the Private Sector Housing Administrator: • Process selective licence applications through the online portal (approx. 1,000 applications). • Check application details and issue licences in line with policy. • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing clear and professional advice. • Update and maintain records accurately on Idox Cloud. • Support the Housing team with general administration as required. Requirements for the Private Sector Housing Administrator position: • Strong administrative experience, ideally within housing or local authority. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data. • Confident communicator with strong telephone and written skills. • Proficient IT skills - experience with Idox Cloud is desirable (training provided). • Ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines.
