We are looking for Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader for a social housing provider in Berwick, at a salary of £45055 per annum. Niyaa people have partnered with a Large North East based social landlord that are looking for a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader on a permanent basis. Working out of their Berwick office they are looking for someone to lead a team responsible for delivering projects throughout the North East region.

- Supervise a team of trades operatives
- Manage the delivery of repairs projects
- Manage the performance of the Repairs and Maintenance team
- Ensure that deadlines for repairs are adhered to
Experience Required
- Knowledge of residential construction
- Social housing experience
- Knowledge of building trades
- management experience
