As a Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the repairs and maintenance service, leading a team of 10 to deliver high-quality, cost-effective and compliant services to residents. - Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction
- Strong experience in a Commercial Manager role within social housing, repairs or maintenance
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budget management and cost control
- Experience in contractor management and procurement processes
- Good understanding of compliance, health & safety and regulatory standards
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership skills
