Multi Trade Operative

I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you’ve previously worked as a Multi Skilled Operative, Handy Person, or Property Maintenance Technician.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• You need to specialise in one of the following trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Tilling, Painting & Decorating
• Reactive repairs/refurbishment to domestic properties in the Luton and Watford area
• Required to fault find and accurately diagnose the repairs needed
• You’ll be expected to identify the right and cost-effective solution to problems using the PDA systems

I’d love to speak to Multi Trade Operative who has:

• Relevant industry experience as a Multi Trade Operative
• Relevant qualifications or 3 years hands on experience in the relevant trade
• Relevant experience within social housing or domestic sector
• Must be competent in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
• Full UK driving licence

This Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:
