As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will be:
Managing EQS compliance across multiple contracts
Completing and signing off EICRs, certification, and compliance documentation Overseeing day-to-day works across housing and new build support contracts
Supervising and coordinating electrical operatives on site
Ensuring works meet regulatory standards, safety requirements, and KPIs
Liaising closely with Contract Managers, Site Managers, and Quantity Surveyors
Providing technical guidance, quality assurance, and compliance support across occupied and void properties

Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations
2391 Testing & Inspecting
5+ years’ experience in an Electrical Qualified Supervisor or compliance-focused role
Able to commute within approximately 30–60 minutes of Leicester
Strong knowledge of EICR production and certification processes
Desirable:
Experience within social housing or local authority contracts
Gold ECS Card
Confident working in occupied properties and liaising with tenants
Strong communication and organisational skills
