Passive Fire Manager – Nationwide | Negotiable Salary + Car + Bonus + Salary ReviewsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Passive Fire Manager or a commercially minded professional with a passive fire background looking to step into a Passive Fire Manager position with a business with exciting growth plans.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in passive fire protection who has experience pricing works, delivering contracts, developing client relationships, manging projects and identifying new opportunities. An existing client base would be a significant advantage.

This Passive Fire Manager opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of the complete project lifecycle while helping to drive business growth across the UK.
Responsibilities:As a Passive Fire Manager, you will be responsible for:

Winning new work and developing long-term client relationships
Pricing and estimating passive fire projects
Procurement of materials
Commercial management throughout delivery
Coordinating projects from mobilisation through to completion
Managing handovers, invoicing and final accounts
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

What We're Looking For

Background within passive fire protection
Experience pricing and estimating works
Commercial awareness and project delivery experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
Existing client contacts would be highly beneficial
