Earnings of £900–£1,100 per property, with the higher rate available for operatives who also complete the painting and decorating.

Based in Letchworth Garden City, with excellent access via the A505.

As a Kitchen Fitter you will be:
- Strip out existing Kitchen and flooring.
- Adapt pipework ready for the new installation.
- Install new Benchmark units and worktops to a high standard.
- Tile splashback areas and cooker spaces.
- Fit new ply flush doors.
- Carry out painting and decorating following each installation.
- Complete each property within the expected timeframe of 3–4 days.
To be considered, you'll need:
- Proven experience fitting kitchens.
- The ability to travel to Letchworth Garden City.
- Your own van and professional tools.
- Experience working within social housing, including both occupied and void properties.
- A recognised trade qualification or relevant time-served experience.
The Kitchen Fitter role is offering the following benefits:
