Enjoy a fixed term contract as a Compliance Technical Surveyor, for a leading organisation based in Derby. This role offers the chance to carry out the oversight of contractors performance, as well as covering the fire and legionella risk assessments.

You will be working for a well-established organisation that values quality, safety and compliance, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality works across a range of public sector properties.

As the Compliance Technical Surveyor, you will be:

Working on fire and legionella risk assessments
Overseeing the performance of the contractors
Covering the big 6 in property compliance

Compliance Technical Surveyor qualifications / experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience working in social housing
NEBOSH fire or general/IOSH
HNC/HND
Knowledge of big 6 in property compliance

As the Compliance Technical Surveyor, you will receive:

6 month fixed term contract
£55,105 annually
Mileage covered
£7k car allowance
