Are you interested in joining an established provider of affordable housing across Staffordshire, while gaining experience within repairs and maintenance? If so, this housing provider is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join their Lettings team on a temporary basis.
To be successful in the role of Repairs Coordinator you will:
Use in-house Northgate system and Microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls
Handle customer complaints or queries via telephone, email or letter
Raise invoices and deliver purchase orders
Provide administrative support to line managers where required
Have experience of working in or alongside the Lettings team
As a Repairs Coordinator, you will also have:
Experience of scheduling and planning within either housing or construction, ideally on social housing contracts
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and ideally experience of the system Northgate
Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
