The organisation are a rapidly growing Central Coventry sub-contractor with 2 Directors and a wider sub-contracting team they are now looking for an administrator to join them on a part time temp to perm basis.
As the Administrator your duties will include;
·Liaising with both engineers, company Directors and clients providing high levels of service at all time
·Receiving and processing of sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and requisitions
·Reception cover as and when required
·Ability to work independently
I would be excited to speak with Administrators who have:
·A background as a Repairs Administrator, Office Administrator, Engineering Administrator, Health and Safety Administrator or Project Administrator
·Working knowledge and use of databases
·Highly motivated with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
As the Administrator in return you will receive
·Up to £20,000 per annum pro rata for 20 hours per week
·Free Parking on site as well as good public transport links
