This privately owned Building Contractor is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join them on a new project based in Gloucestershire
They provide services nationwide and you will be joining an expanding team who are currently taking on a number of new contracts.

As the Contracts Administrator your duties will include;
• Liaising with both engineers, other departments within the business and external stake holders
• Database management and collating of information for weekly and monthly reporting
• Reception cover as and when required
• Scheduling and Diary Management for a small team

I would be excited to speak with Contracts Administrators who have:
• A background as a Repairs Administrator, Office Administrator, Engineering Administrator, Health and Safety Administrator or Project Administrator
• Working knowledge and use of CRM and Database Management
• Highly motivated with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Customer Focused by providing the highest quality customer service

As the Contracts Administrator in return you will receive
