An established public sector organisation requires an experienced Receptionist with administrative experience to make an immediate impact within the Estates Team on a temporary basis.
As the Receptionist you will:
Ensure the maintenance reception area is covered at all times
Ensure guidance is provided to visitors who arrive at the Estate Office
Answer queries in a professional manner on the telephone, face to face and e-mail
Taking messages politely and accurately for staff members and assessing the actions required
Responsible for general clerical tasks such as arrange appropriate room bookings, typing minutes and update filing systems
To be successful within the role of a Receptionist you will need to have:
Good IT Skills and familiar with using Microsoft Packages
3 GCSE's or equivalent is essential
Ensure you are confident, polite and dressed appropriately with excellent interpersonal skills
