An exciting opportunity to work within a growing consultancy organisation in beautiful offices in a Central Birmingham location
This specialist multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 15 years of expertise in their field, are now seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their head office in the heart of Birmingham.
As the Office Administrator you will be:
Assisting team by updating company's website
Assisting with preparation of presentations for the clients
Maintaining a database as well as managing invoices, purchase orders and required documentation
Sending emails, answering incoming calls, fax/scan paperwork and other relevant material
I would be excited to speak with experienced Office Administrators, Office Juniors, Office Managers and Executive Assistants who have:
Great IT Skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
Social Media savvy including: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms
The ability to provide basic website maintenance e.g. uploading news and updating photographs
Great communication skills
In return you will receive:
Salary dependant on experience
City centre location
Up to 37.5 hours per week
