An Excited opportunity has arisen for experienced Office Administrator to join well established maintenance company based in Telford area.
Our client is a growing company dealing with Electrical and Fire contractors across West Midlands and Nationally. They are now seeking for a bubbly Office Administrator who has excellent work ethic to join their brand new office in Telford.
As an Office Administrator your role will be:
·Dealing with email and phone enquiries
·Updating clients as well as keeping track of live jobs
·Liaising with other team members
·Tracking paperwork through use of spreadsheets
·Updating employee training records & company accreditation's
·Dealing with van maintenance, trackers & PCN's
·Tracking Holidays & Absences
·General administration & organisation

To be considered for this role as an Office Administrator you must have:
·Excellent I.T. skills
·Strong communication skills
·Good organisation skills
·The desire to be part of a company that will provide future progression opportunities
·Previous experience in similar role
In return you will receive:
·Permanent full-time position subject to a probationary period.
·Statutory sick pay and Holidays
·Salary dependant on experience.
·Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
·Salary: £18,000.00 to £21,000.00 /year
