Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key duties will be:
To be the first point of contact for tenants in relation to repairs, estate management, rents and other social housing enquiries.
Supporting a right first time approach and promote customers towards digital access channels.
Responsible for dealing with difficult callers, and finding resolutions under challenging circumstances.
Work proactively in a team, and have the ability to prioritise workload and meet KPI's
Using in house systems such as CRM and Microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls
Handle pressure and deal with conflict in a calm manner
You will also have:
Customer Service experience ideally in social housing, and available for shift patterns between 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 9-1 Sat (every 6 weeks)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service
Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Presentation
