4. What makes you want to stay at our business?

• Clear path of progression, which is tailored to you and what your goals are and your time expectations, there’s also different paths of progression, not just one which is good.
• Inclusive working environment, anything you do is rewarded and seen by the entire company – If you work hard it will be recognised. You’ll be rewarded if you put in the effort.

5. What do you look forward to at work?

I look forward to coming to work because the culture is great here and you meet a variety of people from different backgrounds, and we do a lot of activities together as a company which creates a good culture. Everyone’s very driven and works hard – We all have the same attitude which keeps me motivated.

6. How does your current job compare with previous jobs you’ve had?

I didn’t have any targets to work towards before, so they never discussed my goals and where I want to be – And didn’t show me how they can support me to get to where I want to be. I like having goals and targets and knowing what I have to do and how I can get there.
