We are looking for a Repairs Administrator with experience in housing/repairs administration, customer service, or office support, ideally within housing, social care, or community services. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, processing applications, and supporting tenancy management.
As a Repairs Administrator, you will be:
Maintaining accurate resident records and processing housing applications
Responding to resident, colleague, and stakeholder enquiries
Coordinating appointments, meetings, and correspondence
Assisting with tenancy changes, repair requests, and general housing administration
Supporting compliance with organisational policies, GDPR, and safeguarding
Helping prepare reports and monitor data as required
We’d love to speak to a Repairs Administrator who has:
Experience in housing administration, customer service, or support work
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data management systems
A person-centred approach and commitment to providing excellent service
Key requirements for this Repairs Administrator role:
An in-date DBS certificate issued within the last 3 months (essential)
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Understanding of housing legislation, tenancy management, or relevant policies (essential)
