Enjoy a Plumber role covering South Oxford and Newbury, paying £23 per hour + company van and fuel, with the opportunity to go permanent after 16 weeks on a salary of £36,000–£38,000.
This is a fast-paced reactive repairs role working across occupied social housing properties, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing a busy workload and dealing professionally with residents. You’ll be working on SNG and Aster housing association properties, with jobs ranging from quick tap changes through to full bathroom works.
I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Domestic Plumber.

As a Plumber, you will be:

Completing reactive plumbing repairs across occupied homes.
Carrying out everything from tap changes and minor repairs through to full bathroom works.
Completing associated multi-trade repairs where required.
Working across SNG and Aster housing association properties.
Managing a fast-paced workload and responding to changing priorities.
Working professionally with tenants and minimising disruption.
Completing jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Keeping work areas clean and tidy.
Completing relevant job sheets and paperwork.

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Strong plumbing experience.
Social housing experience is preferred, but similar domestic maintenance experience will be considered.
Experience working in occupied properties.
A background in reactive repairs and maintenance.
The ability to work quickly and independently.
A professional and customer-focused approach.
A full UK driving licence with 6 points or fewer.
A DBS – if you don't currently have one, this can be arranged.
Availability to start quickly.

The role is offering:

£23 per hour
Company van + fuel
40 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with 1-hour break
No standard overtime or call-out requirement
Temp-to-perm opportunity after 16 weeks
£36,000–£38,000 permanent salary
Long-term work across established housing association contracts

Location & travel Based around South Oxford and Newbury, covering SNG and Aster housing association properties across the surrounding area.
