Multi-Trade Operative roles covering Dorset, paying £180 per day with a company van and fuel card, or £200 per day with your own unbranded van.
I'm looking for 4–5 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work across a mixture of voids, responsive repairs and planned works within social housing. This is a great opportunity for hands-on tradespeople with broad multi-trade skills who want consistent, ongoing work across established housing contracts.

I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi-Trade Operative, Multi-Skilled Tradesperson or Property Maintenance Operative, with strong social housing experience.

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:

Carrying out repairs and maintenance across void and tenanted properties.
Completing planned works and property refurbishments.
Undertaking a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating.
Working across multiple social housing contracts throughout Dorset.
Delivering high-quality work while maintaining health and safety standards.
Working professionally in residents' homes and ensuring properties are ready for occupation.
Managing your workload and completing jobs efficiently.

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Strong experience working across multiple trades.
Essential social housing experience.
Experience in voids, responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
The flexibility to travel across Dorset between allocated jobs.
A reliable, professional approach and the ability to work independently.
A range of practical trade skills; formal qualifications are not essential.
A company vehicle or their own unbranded van, depending on the agreed rate.

The role is offering:

£180 per day with a company van and fuel card.
£200 per day with your own unbranded van.

Start dates between 2nd and 16th November.
4–5 positions available.

Location & travelThe work covers Dorset, across a mixture of social housing contracts, including voids, responsive repairs and planned works. Vehicle arrangements and the applicable day rate will be confirmed before starting.
