We are looking for a Repairs Scheduler to join a Housing Association in Bristol on a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility to go permanent after. This role is offering great benefits and hybrid working.
Hourly rate: £16-£18 p/h via umbrella
Location: Bristol
Hours: 35 hours Mon - Fri

As a Repairs Scheduler you will be doing:
- Assisting the housing department where needed
- Working closely with the repairs team
- Scheduling initial repairs
- Dealing with emails and inbound calls from customers
- First point of contact with customer
Experience required for a Repairs Scheduler
- previous experience in scheduling repairs, preferably within a Housing Association
- excellent Customer Service skills
- ability to organise and priorities a work load
- available within 1 week
